Chat Summarisation Pipeline
Adobe Dynamic Chat is an end-to-end conversation automation tool for B2B websites. My work was on the developing AI-based summarisation and question-answering capability into the chat workflow with privacy protection and hallucination guardrails. The halluciantion guardrails pipeline I built has also been used in some of the other generative AI applications in Adobe such as Adobe GenStudio .
